Thanks for bringing this software to light. If the software is "just becoming available now", You can bet that DARPA has had the software for at least 10 - 15 years.
We know that audio has been faked many times, as researched by A. True Ott, and others. Dr. Ott was amazed to show up at a trial wherein they had him saying outrageous things but in his exact voice, with inflections and all.
There is no TRUTH, the AI is flexing it's muscles - and We are powerless.
