Why would I say that?
It is a classic military pysop - to present people with so many versions of reality, that they go insane trying to figure out what the "truth" is, and as a result do absolutely nothing.
We know Mr. Reyvolt was a marine, (he claims), Mr. Reyvolt serves his masters well.

Now the whole reason for having Jeff tell us that Trillions will be restored next week, and a new renaissance for man will begin. You only have to wait till next Monday, this went on for months. When the listeners tired of this idiocy, was there any followup, to admit this nonsense.

More likely Robert has become a victim of that very psyop - by virtue of monitoring so many varying sources on a regular basis.
He certainly seems to have moved along the numbness spectrum over time, which has happened to many other truth-seekers - especially since 9/11.
