It's so easy to "dump" on Californians - but "they" tried to do it right!
In 1994 Proposition 178 was passed by 60%, including a majority of black and Asian voters!
The prop made it illegal to have taxpayers pay for education/health/welfare benefits for "illegal" immigrants!
The cost savings were amazing, the SAVE OUR STATE legislation - lasted for 4 days, till Judges, Clinton and Mexican legal dicks - trashed the legislation - the Governor was recalled - and INSANITY prevailed!
California is full of Shit - literally, but the nation is now under that fist!
